STORE POLICY
🎧 PRE-ORDERS for charms take approximately 3-6 weeks after the pre-order period has ended due to manufacturing times and large batches per order.
🎧 IN-STOCK items and all stickers are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (monday-friday).
🎧 DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS: If you receive a damaged item or your tracked order is lost/delayed in transit for more than 3-5 working days after the expected delivery date, please email me with proof photos! I will send a replacement if it's still in stock.
Unfortunately, I have no control over shipping once it is dropped off at USPS. Please check with your post office if you choose the cheaper (UNTRACKED) shipping option 🙏🏻
🎧 REFUND POLICY: As an independent Artist with limited resources, I cannot accept refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
However, you are eligible for a REPLACEMENT if:
🏁 Your TRACKED ORDER is lost in transit
or
🏁 Your TRACKED ORDER is damaged (with proof photos)
and
🏁 Your order is still in stock (if not, a refund will be issued).
The following is NOT eligible for a replacement/refund:
🏁 ALL UNTRACKED ORDERS (cheaper shipping option)
🏁 Orders marked DELIVERED, even if tracked.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, there is sadly nothing I can do :( Please contact your local post office!
*If your address is incorrect and the order has already shipped, you may need to pay for shipping again if you'd like a replacement. To avoid this issue, please double-check your shipping address before ordering, or contact me asap after the order is placed.

If you would like a discounted shipping rate on stickers, prints, air fresheners and/or flat items ONLY (no charms/keychains) please contact me prior to ordering!
🎧 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:
If you live outside the U.S and would like a discounted shipping rate for all items, please contact me prior to ordering!

🏁 Untracked (All U.S orders): $1.78
